We are on a pre-winter break to make various upgrades to the restaurant. Looking forward to seeing all of you when we reopen on November 15th. Happy-almost-winter!
1st course: Samurai Scallops – crispy fried wonton chips, topped with spicy tuna, pan seared sea scallops, west and spicy miso butter, avocado, tobiko and sprouts.
2nd course: Tokyo Broil with Kung Pao mashed potatoes & wok vegetables with pad thai demi-glace.
Dessert: Coffee & Donuts – warmed glazed donut bread pudding with coffee ice cream and caramel sauce.
Shabu is now open 7 days a week for dinner, and for lunch on Saturdays & Sundays. Join us soon!

It’s time once again for the Park City Food & Wine Classic! The Park City Food & Wine Classic starts Wednesday, July 10th and runs through Sunday the 14th. Shabu will be participating in the Stroll of Park City on Friday, July 11th with Gallery Mar.
